Yes. On a video, a note keeps the moment the client paused at, so "use the waltz song here" lands on your list as "Music · Highlight film @ 2:14". On a photo, they tap the spot they mean.
Notes stay private to your client until they press Send. Then each one becomes a task on the job, and you get one email listing them. Tick the task and the note shows as done in their gallery.
Every morning Nova briefs you: today's shoots with call times, the week ahead, deposits to chase and couples to follow up with. Ask it to move a shoot to Saturday at 3pm or to email the timeline to the couple; it drafts, you tap Apply.
Organize with Nova sorts open notes into groups like Color, Retouch, Remove, Music and Edit, puts the job's tasks in that order, and drafts the message that goes out with the revised gallery. It uses Nova credits from your plan: Pro includes 1,500 a month.
