A few things worth knowing before you get started.
Nova is built for service businesses. Setup includes kits for photo and video, car detailing, cleaning, landscaping, salons and beauty, personal training, and contractors. You can also start with a general business setup and customize it.
Yes. You confirm your payment method securely through Stripe. You aren't charged for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a subscription charge.
No. Each customer uses a private link to see the jobs, plans, invoices and contracts you share. Your internal notes stay inside your workspace.
Connect your own Stripe account to accept online invoice payments. Customer payments go to your connected account. Nova HQ does not hold your customer funds.
You can manage your subscription from Billing inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Solo includes one seat, Pro includes two and Team includes eight. Invite teammates by email from Settings as admins or members.
Ask in plain words.
